Special Needs Parenting :: Testifying for HB4716
A day in the Texas State Capitol building (April 18, 2023) had The Handley Family testifying in support of HB4716 which would require school districts to refer students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to their local IDD Authority (LIDDA) for services and public benefits, including home and community based services (HCBS) waiver programs.
